In the times of knowledge and economy which are full of challenges and opportunities, the reform of curriculum is being carried out on a large scale. Consequently educationalists today should foster the ideal of caring for "humans", namely, students, in their work. Classroom teaching is the main means by which the ideal is implemented. But while considerable attention is generally paid to the approaches and modes of teaching, the rhythm of classroom teaching which governs the whole teaching procedure and influences the whole teaching result is often neglected. In fact, the rhythm of classroom teaching can be handled scientifically and artistically. A careful study of the rhythm of classroom teaching is of great theoretical and practical significance. Middle school Chinese is a basic subject, and therefore it is quite necessary that we should make a study of it.In this thesis attempts are made to probe into the characteristics of Chinese, beginning with the study of the rhythm. The framework of the thesis is as follows:Introduction: It mainly describes the necessity of the study of the rhythm of middle school Chinese teaching in the classroom.Part I: This part dwells on rhythm and the teaching rhythm .An explanation is given here of the definition from three different angles of the relationship of time and that of strength, and the characteristics of teaching.Part II: This part describes the rhythm in teaching Chinese in the classroom. First, an explanation is offered of the meanings of classroom Chinese teaching as well as the characteristics of Chinese teaching according to the analyses of the rhythm of teaching. Furthermore, the three most elegant functions of classroom teaching are emphasized. These functions make possible the existence of the beauty in different varieties of classroom teaching, the development of the students' body and mind,and the students' adaptability to the further social life ahead of time.Part III: This part is about the control of the realization of proper rhythm of classroom Chinese teaching. Here emphasis is laid on the inseparable relationship of its realization and the various factors inteaching.Part IV: This part is the analyses of the modes and vatoaes of classroom Chinese teaching rhythm. Attempts are made to describe the modes of classroom Chinese teaching' rhythm by means of musical rhythm and metres which are carried out from the level of the holistic rhythm and that of the stage rhythm .The value is refined from the angle of science and art. . |
