The forth coming of the era of knowledge economy brings the chances for our country's education and the new challenges for the basic education as well. In the era of knowledge economy, the core of education is to build up person with innovation and practicing ability, and teacher is regarded as its soul. The makings of teacher determine future education will gain success or not. The improvements of the makings of whole teachers need to be accelerated by the subject leading teachers. So, it is the call of the requirement of the era and the quality-oriented education to bring up a team of subject leading teachers which is accord with the era and exerts the power of model and radicalization.It is the key point to build a perfect training pattern for bringing up a high quality youth and middle aged leading teachers' team. The building of training pattern for youth and middle aged leading teachers of middle school, which only follows the rules of the shaping of the youth and middle aged leading teachers and uses successful experiences of teachers' continuative education in domestic and overseas, can be characterized with substantial results and scientific effects. The practical investigations about the shaping of youth and middle aged leading teachers of middle school show that, â‘ it is a multi-staged and continuative process of the shaping of youth and middle aged leading teachers of middle school, including four periods which links up each other also are somehow distinctive: the period of preparation; the period of adapting; the period of accumulation; the period of mature. â‘¡that the process of the shaping of youth and middle aged leading teachers is based on some rules is the process in which their vocational spirit is formed and functions and their conducting and teaching makings are improved and renovated continuously; the process ofcontinuative learning, continuative practicing and continuative innovation; the process of advantages accumulated using outside resource and conditions continuously; the process of self supervising and controlling from aims to feedback. â‘¢the makings structure of the youth and middle aged leading teachers of middle school is mainly consisted by the career moral qualities, the subject knowledge qualities, the conducting and teaching qualities and the physical and psychological qualities. So as a complicated system project, the training of youth and middle aged leading teachers of middle school should pay more attention on confirming objects through carefully choosing, be improved step by step through delaminated training and managed actively under strict assessment. Only in this way, the training of youth and middle aged leading teachers can avoid to be implemented just in form, and can bring up high quality teachers.It is not difficult to find that, at present, the aim of the training patterns are to choose and foster the subject leading teachers for middle school and the experts of conducting and teaching, but not for the whole fostering process of subject leading teachers when we review the main fostering patterns of the subject leading teachers in our country. Referring to the foreign materials about teachers' foster after their career, we find that foreign countries attach importance to the youth teachers' foster after their career's beginning, and have built up a quite perfect system for teachers' further study which provides not only "training for beginning career" for new teachers but also the training for qualified teachers to improve their qualities. This system makes teachers' further study as a continuous process, satisfies teachers' requirements in different shaping stage and is helpful to accelerate the development of teachers' specialization. According to the trend of the shaping of youth and middle aged leading teachers of middle school, we think the fostering of youth and middle aged leading teachers should be taken as a systematic project which employs a step-up fostering model.
