With the curriculum reform in the fundamental education like a rising fireblazing, the exploitation of the school-based curriculum is considered more and more significant, for in whole process, some hidden factors, such as emotions, attitudes and outlooks or value, are put more attention. This essay analyses the features of the school-based curriculum and the hidden curriculum, and also reveals the effects and status in the curriculum system and students' development. And in addition that its features is show that how to exploit the hidden curriculum reasonably in the school-based curriculum. The essay is composed of seven parts:Part one: The raise of the problem.The problem is raised by studying our country's reform backgrounds in the basis educational curriculum and shortcomings in the current curriculum system. That is we should view from the point of the orientation to the curriculum target, the curriculum structural establishment, content organization, implementation and evaluation to exploit it.Part two: The resources of the theoryIt introduces the typical of the school-based curriculum exploitation, analytic curriculum and hidden curriculum-school structure, by the contrast between foreign and domestic school-based curriculum exploitation, hidden curriculum's history status quo and tributaries in its formation.Part three: Some concepts relevantIt evaluates and introduces the concepts of the school-based curriculum, the hidden curriculum and their features along with them.Part four: The exploitation of the hidden curriculum in the school-based curriculum targetsIn the school-based curriculum exploitation, the targets' establishment is a key problem, because except for the students' knowledge and capability targets, it more signifies to develop the new innovation signifies ideas and creative abilities. The purpose is to show the school characteristics signify forming better "subculture " atmosphere, to produce better school spirit and study style, to aim at the students' development, to raise their principal part, to support more opportunities for self-alternatives, to transform the traditional passive learning methods to the active ones. In one word, this part establishes firmly the hidden targets in the school-based curriculum.Part five: The hidden curriculum exploitation in the school-based curriculum structureThe traditional subject course makes subjects as a major problem. They are modeled as required course that are lack of synthesis, balance and selectivity, while the school-based curriculum takes the selective course model as an importance for supporting more opportunities to the students' self-alternatives by cooperation learning form. Besides that, the traditional course exploitation follows top-bottom pattern, while the school-based curriculum exploitation abides by bottom-top one by teacher-student pattern that can distinctively show the course structural synthesis, balance and selectivity. In the school-based curriculum, we should exploit according to the characteristics of the school and region. In the exploitation of it, we should pay more attention to exploiting those hidden curriculum which function greatly to students' characteristics and development harmoniously. Those curriculums that help to stimulate their interests and characteristics development should be adopted. However, it must be based on some educational theories, some learning theories and some characteristics of the students. For this, it's experimentally raised the rules in the exploitation of the hidden curriculum in the school-based curriculum and the specific courses.Part six: The exploitation of the hidden curriculum in carrying out the school-based curriculumThe school-based curriculum implementation is key to the course target's accomplishment. Its basic way is teaching which differs from the subject teaching because what's more important in the school-based curriculum, is to build the hidden atmosphere and learning surroundings fit for the hidden curriculum exploitation abiding by the education...
