Content: Self-innovative learning usually refers to study actively, consciously and independently, just the opposite to the passive, mechanical and acceptable study. Self-innovative learning not only can help the students to improve their academic record, but also is the foundation of individual lifetime study and development. Therefore, both educationists and psychologists paid more attention to this important issue. According to the characteristics of self-innovative learning and advanced vocational students, we should regard self-innovative learning as the main method. The most urgent task for advanced vocational education at present is to seek a new type of study mode under the current circumstances. Based on modern educational technology and theoretical analysis of self-innovative learning, this research analyzes the features of advanced education in our country and the basic study conditions of these students. It emphatically makes an exposition of the following four questions:1,Basic features of self-innovative learning: anticipation, initiation, participation, independence, activeness and cooperation.2,Educational technology gives support to self-innovative learning: This research indicates that MET (modern educational technology) has a great advantage over others for cultivating and improving students' innovational study ability in teaching regular patterns;, teaching mode, content of courses and teaching methods. Novelty, vividness, objectivity and artistry in MET (modem teaching technology) can set up a new teaching situation in which we can enjoy ourselves. That can make students feel as if they are participating in it. Harmonious teaching atmosphere will undoubtedly bring out students' emotional participation and arouse their thirst for knowledge and exploring spirit.3,Founding of teaching mode in self-innovative learning for advanced vocational students: This mode can be set forth like this: students as the main body and teachers as directors, it can make use of essential factors such as circumstances, cooperation and dialogues to bring students' mutualism and initiative into full play in order to construct and innovate students' knowledge sense ultimately. It is an educational teaching mode that is featured as development and initiative, aimed as independence and entirety, centered around personality molding and ability development.4, Function of cooperation on self-innovative learning: Cooperation study is a learning course of collective self-innovative learning. It can strengthen students' subject consciousness, contributing to emotional communication and information exchange between teachers and students. It can stimulate students' potential creativity, improve their self-esteem, help them learn to observe team discipline and master social communicative skills. Besides, this article also put forward its own idea on the appraisal system of self-innovative learning.
