Study On The State Of Academic Circumstances And Counter-measures In Newly-estabished Universities

Academic circumstances play a very important role for the development of the universities. To improve and promote gradation and level of running schools, in all-round way, newly -established universities have to strengthen and better academic circumstances continually. On the basis of deep analysis of structure and current state of academic circumstances in common universities both at home and abroad, this paper expounds systematically academic circumstances of newly-established universities and deals with systematically a series of problems such as necessity for newly-established universities to strengthen academic circumstances, the rule to abide by and the measures to take .It notes that newly-established universities should concentrate on the following five aspects to better their own academic circumstances: a. to better the managerial situation b. to pay more attention to enhance the teachers and staff , improve the situation of teachers and researchers; c. to reinforce education and reform teaching, improve the students' situation; d. to promote material situation by scientific programming and rational layout; f. to set up ideas of running school that take academic studies as center, try to build favorable academic atmosphere.
