Attention has been paid to the reform of the basic education curriculum by many countries around the world. Many countries, especially developed countries, began to reform basic education , so that the purpose of training talented people can be adjusted, and the pattern of training people with ability can be changed, also, by doing this the quality of training talented people can be improved .Our country has been changing the basic curriculum and the new curriculum which aims at training the students with high quality has been put into practice. We are sure a new generation who can build and develop our country will be grown up in the very soon future under the higher education effect caused by the new curriculum. Anyhow, we have to face the problems brought by the curriculum. One of the problems which stand out is the teacher-student relationship under the background of the new curriculum. As everybody can see, teacher-student relationship is a kind of important personal relation which is formed through the teachers and students contacts in the teaching and education activities. It is a basic change of school work. It has an active effect on the process teaching and education activities. The relationship plays an important role in education. With the development of curriculum reform, the new curriculum has brought challenge to it. The traditional teacher-student relationship cannot be adapted to the demands given by the new curriculum. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new relationship which is characterized as democratic, harmonious, mutual trust and mutual help. To develop the ideal relationship, all schools, families, teachers and students should make great efforts.
