Under the new historical condition, university graduates' distribution system has already transformed from the past "uniform distribution" employment pattern into the graduates and the employers "the two-way job choice" employment mechanism. Since the government has not taken charge of their employment our Chinese university graduates move directly towards the talented person market, each year there exist some graduates with no job offer when they are graduated. The phenomenon of hard employment gives people such an impression: Chinese university graduates are so many, they have been already surplus. However it is not really true, the social demand of university graduates has not been satisfied. How do the university graduates, the important talented human resource dispose through the market mechanism to the place where they can play very important roles, has become an important realistic problem to solve in front of us.With the popularization of higher education, institutions of higher education have gradually become the main provider of workforce and therefore improving students' employability is a core function of schools. Colleges and universities should ensure that graduates are able to obtain the job they choose and have the vocational abilities to be successful in their career. And to solve the problem of students' employability, it is clear that we can not focus only on the employment link, but should start from the entire period in school, that can lay a solid foundation for their employment.The main purpose of this study is from higher education "consumer" students' perspective, to find which individual capacity higher education impacts on, then make effective viable new ways for the reform of higher education. After the relevant concepts and theories are summarized, analyze the situations of personal employability influenced by higher education. Then make an empirical research on higher education's impacts on personal employability. First establish personal employability structure by means of questionnaire, which is divided into six dimensions: cognitive ability, vocational ability, autonomy ability, competition ability, adaptability and innovation\ entrepreneurship ability. On this basis, through the second round of the questionnaire design, delivery, reclaim and statistics, from the individual perspective in higher education, research the influence on personal employability from higher education. From the needs of higher education consumer -students, make an effective reform of higher education to enhance the employability ofstudents, improve the social phenomenon of college students "hard" employment, and achieve the goal of higher education to train high-quality personnel.At the end of this paper, integrating the questionnaire survey of colleges and universities enhancing personal employability's proposals promotes "personal employability development system" concept. Colleges and universities should train students' employability through the whole process of higher education, from the beginning they enter school start a phased system designed to enhance their employability. This helps students make a smooth move after their graduation, to the talent market, and then successful employment, ultimately go to the higher education objection training high-quality personnel.
