With the development of economy and the progress of the society,practice education outside primary and secondary school attracts more and more attention,has become the common pursuit of people,and the study on after-school practice education mainly focus on the level of higher education,the practice research on primary and secondary schools is very few,the research model is less and less.This article is from this perspective,based on in-depth analysis of primary and secondary schools of Shanghai City Education Practice on the status quo,to summarize and refine the city of Shanghai has actually existed in elementary and middle schools in Shanghai but did not explicitly put forward the practice mode of education,to guide the development of primary and secondary schools in Shanghai city education practice,at the same time provide reference for other provinces and cities.There are three parts in this paper.The first part is the concept and theoretical explanation of the practice education mode of primary and secondary schools.This part mainly uses the methods of literature and comprehensive analysis,expounds the practice education,the mode,the mode of education concept,combined with the mode and mode of education concept,defines the concept of education practice mode and outside school practice mode of education;the same time,for primary and secondary schools outside the practice education theory,the primary and secondary schools outside the practice education significance,the principles education practice mode of primary and secondary schools outside are discussed,in order to lay a solid foundation for this article.The second part is the current situation and mode of practice education in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai.This part mainly through the relevant data to a brief analysis of primary and secondary schools of Shanghai city status education practice,and on the basis of primary and secondary schools in Shanghai city education propose practice mode:government leading,three in one.The third part is the analysis and optimization of the practice education mode in Shanghai primary and secondary schools.The author mainly discusses the three aspects of thecharacteristic,the insufficient,the perfect of the practical education mode of the primary and secondary schools in Shanghai.The author believes that the Shanghai city schools outside the education practice mode of "government leading,three in one " has great superiority,can play a guidance of the government and bring the initiative,but at the same time,I also think that the model is good,but still need to keep pace with the times and innovate,therefore put forward optimization suggestions.In short,the three parts of the progressive,inseparable,constitute a unified whole.For the study of moral education for the exploration of theoretical research and practice education practice to improve the effectiveness of the model is a process of deepening and task,this task has a long way to go.
