The information technology has exerted a far-reaching influence on nowadaysdevelopment of the society, and it has not merely improved the development speed of socialproductivity greatly, and it has all exerted a deep influence on the social life style and socialstructure, thus it accelerate the pace that the mankind enters the information-based society.The information and knowledge have become the basics resource in the society, and theinformation industry have become one of the key industry in the society, so the informationtechnology has already permeated social life and every aspect of working. Theaccomplishment of the information becomes a kind of basic quality that each citizen ofinformation-intensive society must possess, and the ability to obtain, analyze, process andutilize information can be regarded as important as the ability of traditional "reading, writing,calculation". It is basic demand that the information-intensive society put forward to thenew-type talent. At 2000, the minister Chenzhili put forward "integrated informationtechnology into curriculum", this is the first time to put forward "IITC". Then, one of the newperspectives in the ongoing reform of the elementary curricula education is the Integration ofInformation Technology into Curricula (IITC).The quality case study is used. Based on the research and the teacher daily life in theschool, the real condition about IITC is truly found .The research can offer some meaningfulthings about IITC. It can make us find the existed problems. It benefits us to find somemeaningful things to support the theory and practice of the IITC of school. Multiple methodsof data collection, including interview, field observing and collecting documents, are adoptedin this qualitative study. All the interview records are transcribed and read along with fieldnotes and documents. Themes, comments and ideas are categorized and sequenced into thefinal report.The research analyzes IITC in the related study. Based on this study, we can find thetheory base and the nature of IITC. Under the curriculum reform, IITC should have three aims:enhance information literacy of the student;improve learning style of the student;increaselearning efficiency of the student.During the course, the elementary school T is choosed. Firstly, the things about IITCunder curriculum reform are described. Then, the IITC under curriculum is analysizedeffectively from manner,content,pattern,course,result. At last, some causes which affectIITC are found. And we can get some meaningful things. Based on the case study, someconclusions about IITC can be found, while some problems need to be solved.
