The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy。JiangZemin indicated that updating knowledge and hi-tech industry were the basic features in knowledge economy era。The essence of knowledge economy competition is the capacity of creativeness。In the process of promoting character education and curriculum reform,we should both emphasize teaching academic subjects and look for a new model of education management。According to the requirements of modern education,the students should develop their abilities in all aspects,the teachers should cultivate new talents of positive spirit and overall character,pay attention to each student's characteristic,respect every student,train the students to study actively and manage the class themselves,form an excellent character,self-confidence,autonomy,self-reliance and self-strengthening,so that the students can fulfill their potential。Class is a basic unit in school,and the class community is a complete educational system that combines group teaching and management。Whether the teacher can effectively apply those advanced methods to the management of class reflects the head teacher's perspective and capacity of managing the class。And also, it has a far-reaching implication in the students'mental and physical development,character building as well as the fulfillment of subjective initiative。According to the analysis of the present material available,the research on students'autonomous management has the following characteristics (1) the purpose of cadre system reform is to enable the students to play a more important role in the class autonomous management,but as a matter of fact,little attention has been paid to the autonomous status in class management and concerns about the activation of the students,self awareness,autonomous management ability are not enough,the reform does not full fill the students'autonomy effectively。Indeed,the students don'really become the masters in class。(2) It emphasizes that only by being cadres can students embody their value。Actually,it stresses that it is honorable to be a cadre and neglects the fact that cadres are the representatives of the students and service them。This thesis illustrates the importance of implementing autonomous management in class management according to the theories on modern management science (management psychology,school management theory,class management theory,quota management,psychology)。It analyses the necessity of the implementation of autonomous management in accordance with the present state of class management in middle school。And it gives a summery and conclusion of the problems exist in class management through analysis,questionnaire and interview。At last,it points out the measures,methods,principles,restrain factors and six strategies of implementing autonomous management。...
