This thesis investigates deeply into the situation of PE teachers' continuous education in Shenyang Secondary Vocational School on the basis of questionnaire and interview. In order to know exactly the of situations of the continuous education of PE teachers, summarize the experience ,find the shortage ,analyze the reason, and then I can put forward the advice and countermeasure. Through add up ,analyze and study the 98 effective questionnaires. I draw a conclusion as follow: achievement: Firstly, leaders and departments related give more emphasis on the continuous education ,enhance the leadership and management; Secondly, management level is increased and five-year plan and annually plan are conducted. There are implement scheme and sum-up and evaluation; Thirdly, promoting mechanism is attempted. Fourthly, patterns are more agility and there are some features. In a word ,continuous education increased the teachers' quality, cultivated some teaching cadres .promoted the teaching quality.But, there are some disadvantages of continuous education .For instance ,the research on rules of education and teachers' development is not deep.The idea needs to increase. The content and format is not emphasized on system, advance and effect; Measure is needed to integrate the continuous education's resources in order to improve the education quality.The teachers group of continuous education needs to strengthen. Promoting mechanism needs to perfect. According to the investigation ,this thesis puts forward the advice and countermeasure. First, change the idea ,form the consistent understanding .Second, build the continuous education mode of high quality and system Third, perfect the supervising and promoting mechanism of continuous education.
