Although higher vocational education in our country starts late, ithas developed swiftly and violently. In the future, it will meet with bothchances and challenges. Therefore, all higher vocational colleges aretaking great trouble in exploring for their existences and developments.The quality of teaching is the primary safeguard for each college. So,it's the perpetual theme for the teaching engineering to control iteffectively and enhance it in higher vocational colleges. To give it ascientific evaluation is the important approach for improving teachingand enhancing its quality, and the good evaluation of teachers' teaching inclassroom is effective in enhancing teaching quality, and directly reflectsthe level of the work of a college.At first, this paper gives an explicit definition to the evaluation ofteachers' teaching in classrooms, then explores its relative problems , tryto carry on a systematic study on the theories, content, and the ways ofclassroom teaching in higher vocational colleges ,in order to construct asystem of the evaluation of teachers' teaching in classrooms ,of thefeatures of higher vocational education.To make this paper more scientific, the author gives Tian JinTransportation Vocational College ,where she works, as an example to dosubstantial research for this system by designing numeral evaluationforms ,processing the original data, and analyzing it with numeralstatistics method, then presents suggestions for the evaluation ofteachers' teaching in classrooms in higher vocational colleges, hopes togive references for the work of teachers' classroom teaching evaluation inhigher vocational colleges in our country.
