The Instructional Design Based On Knowledge Management

With the coming of knowledge age, knowledge has played decisive roles in all aspects of the society. So how to promote the students to grasp,use and create knowledge is the problem facing with educationalists. The simple traditional teaching methods are not valuable in the formation of the thinking of initiative and creation .We need a teaching method which will promote the thinking of creation.As the general plan and guidance of the teaching process, the instructional design has played a key role in teaching . This article regards the instructional design as the focal point of research, tries to put the thinking , methods and technology of knowledge management into instructional designs ,the purpose is to improve the thinking of initiative and creation. The instructional design based on knowledge management makes the students to form teams ,they collect, choose ,communicate ,share ,discuss and create new knowledge, which will improve the ability to grasp and apply knowledge and the creative thinking of the students.This article is divided into eight parts, the first part is the foreword, analyzing the importance of knowledge in current society, the second part introduces knowledge in generally, and the third part introduces the successful applying of knowledge in enterprises and companies.
