Significance And Practice Of Transformational Leadership To Learning School Establishment

Once the theory of Learning Organization came out in the nineties of twenty century, it enormously shocked the international Academia of Management. Thenceforth, all sorts of organizations made great efforts to establish Learning Organization. By virtue of fierce competition and society's steady improvement, junior middle school also took the theory of Learning Organization as their effective weapons to build excellent image and increase their competition ability. In order to establish Learning School, it will take quite a long term for schoolmaster to endeavor under the guidance of School Transformational Leadership Theory.This thesis anticipates discussing and analyzing the specific cases of Transformational Leadership and Learning Organization Concepts applied in School organizations. This thesis takes a junior middle schoolmaster's practice as an example; it analyzes how to exert influence of Transformational Leadership Theory and how to put Learning School concepts into practice in junior middle school.
