Countermeasures Research On Jiangxi G University Promoting Internal Democratic Administration

As the incentive and trend of the reform and development of colleges and universities, democratic administration is widely concerned and emphasized by Chinese and overseas academy circles. Especially research on the academic power of teachers, improvement of teachers' academic status and authority are the hot spots and difficult issues that university researchers meet in research to improve internal democratic administration of universities.
