At present,"work hard on Moral Cultivation" has become the main theme of education in our country.Basic education is the key link to realize "Building Morality and cultivating people".The moral education of primary schools in new urban areas is particularly important because of the interaction of multiple factors in their unique regions.In order to promote the practical development of primary school moral education in the urban new areas,this paper starts with the comparative analysis of the current situation and the core concept definition of primary school moral education in the urban new areas at home and abroad,and selects H school in Wenjiang District as the research object,Then,the specific objects,methods and tools of the investigation are clarified.Through the investigation and analysis,the more comprehensive moral education effectiveness of H school in Wenjiang district is obtained,and the relatively scientific optimization and promotion strategies are given.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)With the key words of urban new area and primary school moral education effectiveness,combined with research perspective,horizon and perspective,this paper analyzes the research status at home and abroad,defines "urban new area" and "moral education effectiveness",and selects H school in Wenjiang District as the research object according to the school characteristics of urban new areas.(2)Students,teachers and parents were investigated anonymously by random sampling.Taking into account the background of the times,the types of students and other factors,the expert questionnaire was adjusted accordingly,and an interview outline was made in terms of moral education objectives,measures,effectiveness,problems and other aspects.SPSS22.0 was used for data processing to test the content,structure validity and internal consistency reliability of the questionnaire.Under the guidance of relevant experts,the validity of the questionnaire is good.Through the KMO sample suitability and Bartlett spherical test,and observe the correlation coefficient matrix,adopt the principal component analysis method,take the eigenvalue > 1,use the maximum variance method in the orthogonal rotation,extract the main components,and test their cumulative contribution rate.The results show that: kmo values in the three sets of questionnaires are all > 0.7,P = 0.000 < 0.01,and the cumulative contribution rate is all > 0.5,indicating that the data is suitable for factor analysis,questionnaire structure The validity passed the test.At the same time,Cronbach's alpha value is greater than 0.8,which also shows that the questionnaire has high reliability.(3)Through multi-dimensional and multi angle investigation,it is found that the current effectiveness of moral education in H school is still insufficient in the understanding,effectiveness and recognition,mechanism and innovation of moral education.The main reasons are: the diversity of students,the difficulty of moral education;the lack of family education,the cooperation between family and school to be strengthened;the lack of strength of moral education team,the education system to be improved;the lack of school-based and localization of moral education courses.(4)Based on the development level of students' moral cognition and close connection with life,and based on the reality,resources,experience and dilemma of moral education in H School of Wenjiang District,this paper puts forward practical optimization strategies: first,take multiple measures together,thoroughly implement the "1 + 4" content system of moral education,strengthen the integration of chemistry and vigorously promote the "Wisdom 1 + 5" training mode;second,strengthen the construction of moral education team Improve the moral education system,build a home school communication platform,and constantly improve the level and quality of moral education;third,fully tap local resources and characteristics,and innovate moral education models,such as "moral education combined with traditional Chinese medicine culture education","moral education combined with ecological civilization education";fourth,integrate the actual situation of the school,and steadily promote,so as to understand and promote the effectiveness of moral education in primary schools in urban new areas Reference.
