Chinese higher education is turning into a popularized stage. Because a great deal of students recruting, it faces a huge challenge ont only in the teacher strength, but also in the management. As an important aspect of the whole work in colleges and universities, management is significant in improving teaching quality and culturing senior personnel ability.The management level of administrators influnce administration efficiency and teaching quality, which becoming an important factor that restricts the development of colleges and universities. Acording to this, I choose the development and management of administrtors human resources for study. Many methods of scientific research such as questionnaire investigation, interview, literature summarizing, have been adopted to guarantee deep and useful study.The main contents of this thesis as follows, in the frist part, introducing some theories related to human resources development and management, which can be familiar with and comprehend it. That can lay solid theories foundation for the follow-up research work; in the second part, using collected information and data to analyze the present condition of the administrators human resoruces, from which we can find out problem and analyze it; in the third part, using the view point and methods of the moderm human resource development and management to exploit and manage administrators human resources.The development of human resources from three levels, which include educational development, using development and policy development.
