The language new curriculum standard about the reading goal, had the big change in the idea.The modern reading view believed that, in general sense reading, is collects the processinformation, the understanding world, the development thought, obtains the esthetic experience the important way. The language reading teaching is a process which between the student, the teacher, the text converses. In under this idea instruction, our each language teacher should transform the teaching idea positively, must change the teaching way diligently, initiates independently, the cooperation, the inquisition study way positively, respects student unique reading to feel and to experience, raises student's inquisition ability and the innovation spirit by this, enhances student's reading interest, forms the good reading custom, lays certain foundation for student's lifelong study.This article take the new curriculum standard as the basis, embarked from the current language reading teaching reality, proposed"the development reading teaching"the theory, namely take the class in the knowledge spot as the reading basic point, extended extracurricularly from the class, extended the society from the school, open student's reading field of vision, expanded reading accumulation; The raise reading interest, forms the reading habit; Respects the unique experience, the promotion life grows, enhances the student language accomplishment, finally facilitates the student to read the quality good the formation. The full text divides into four parts:The first part through to the language reading teaching present situation analysis, explained the language new curriculum to develop the reading teaching connotation, as well as the new curriculum standard to developed the reading request.The second part analyzed the language new curriculum to develop the reading teaching value orientation, mainly has taken steps from three aspects the analysis: First, open reading field of vision, expanded reading accumulation; Second, the raise reading interest, forms the reading habit; Third, respect unique experience, promotion life growth.The third part is implements the development reading teaching the strategy: First, development reading resources; Second, opening reading space and time; Third, the organization reads the activity; Fourth, instruction reading method.The fourth part had pointed out the language new curriculum develops the question which the reading teaching should pay attention: First, control development reading quantity, guarantee development reading quality; Second, is clear about the development reading goal, the correction utility reading thought; Third, the enhancement development reading understanding, raises the good reading quality; Fourth, the attention read-write interaction, enhances student's language accomplishment.Unceasing deepening reforms which along with the language curriculum, we should realize gradually: Not only language development reading is learns the language the foundation, also is learns other disciplines the foundation. Development reading regarding the accumulation knowledge, the development field of vision, influences the sentiment, enhancement writing ability has the vital role. Therefore, the development reading teaching is in the language teaching the extremely important content.
