Research On Excellence Undergraduate Tutorial System

Undergraduate tutorial system, as a basic form of individual guidance, is a kind of the student guidance system, and is also an important supplementary for the undergraduate tutors' and headteachers' system. In order to implement personality education and reform the credit system, it is necessary to carry out undergraduate tutorial system. It also is of effect to training the students who have creative spirit and practical ability. The excellence undergraduate tutorial system is the effective realization form of undergraduate tutorial system, and it is a breakthrough of carrying out undergraduate tutorial system.Based on the theory of the pedagogical, psychological and managerial, the characteristics of tutorial system are analyzed by studying literature, investigating and comparing. In this dissertation: firstly, it also is shown that the undergraduate tutorial system is of benefit to training the person with creative spirit and practical ability; secondly, it is proposed that the excellence undergraduate tutorial system has important influences on carrying out undergraduate tutorial system; then, the current development situation of undergraduate tutorial system in our country is discussed; finally, the methods of optimizing the excellence undergraduate tutorial system and training person with the creative ability have been given.The conclusions of the dissertation are as the following:(1)The innovation talented person is the results of the personality education. And the development of the credit system reform is institutional condition of carrying out the undergraduate tutorial system. On the other hand, under the condition of the credit system, the undergraduate tutorial system strongly ensures practice of personality education. The characteristics of the undergraduate tutorial system are as the following: practicing personality education, the cultivation of synthesized quality, developing the interaction between teachers and students and emphasizing on teachers and students' communication. In a word, carrying out undergraduate tutorial system can make contribution to training the talent with the creative ability.(2)By reforming and practicing the talents training model of Chinese key universities, it makes clear that the excellence undergraduate tutorial system plays a part in developing creative people with high quality. But because of the management about tutor-appointment system not standard, the system of evaluating teachers unscientific, and the post training of the teachers ineffective, it strongly restricts carrying out undergraduate tutorial system.(3)By making clear the student tutor's basic responsibility, strengthening the management about tutor-appointment system, perfecting the system of evaluating teachers and strengthening tutorials' training, it will help to carry the excellence undergraduate tutorial system and improve the quality of the cultivation persons.
