Studies On The Undergraduate Tutorial System Under The Condition Of Credit System

As the reform of higher education, credit system was implemented in more andmore colleges. Many colleges implemented undergraduate tutorial system partly orroundly in order to perfect the credit system. The implement of undergraduate tutorialsystem promotes reform of education concept and enhances the quality of educationto a certain extent. But most colleges' undergraduate tutorial systems are immature.So, it can't get the real effect as we hope. The thesis is established in the analysis ofthe implement status quo of undergraduate tutorial system, pointing out the problemsand probing into the problem deeply through the demonstration. Base on this, thethesis discusses the theory of undergraduate tutorial system preliminarily and bringssuggestion for constructing the undergraduate tutorial system in colleges.The first part sets forth the meaning of credit system and tutorial system,expands the connection between the two systems, subs the cause of why and how tostudy the problem.The second part studies the history and the status of undergraduate tutorialsystem, points out the main problems of the present undergraduate tutorial system andanalyzes the cause deeply. At present, there are some main problems in theundergraduate tutorial system, including the problem of the system, the problem ofthe teacher and the problem of the student. The cause of it includes the strict ofeducation idea, the impact of market economy, the lack of restricts in system, thedeficiency of tutor and the students' cognition of the system are also not enough, etc.The third part discusses the theory of undergraduate tutorial system, expandingthe theory basic and the feature of undergraduate tutorial system, analyzing thenecessity and feasibility of undergraduate tutorial system under the condition of creditsystem, summarizing the types of undergraduate tutorial system and ascertaining theresponsibilities of tutors under the condition of credit system.The forth part puts forward the constructing countermeasures from the guideidea, principle, education policy, the function mechanism of tutorial system, thesystem of ensured resources.
