The drama teaching of the senior high school bears an important meaning in the language teaching:(l) It can make students understand history, society, life well ;(2)It can teach students to appreciate beauty, foster their interest in appreciating beauty; (3 ) It can improve the students' fulfillment ability and develop their art cultivation. But currently, the language drama teaching of the senior high school is not paid attention by most of teachers and at the same time it also causes students to keep away from the drama study. Therefore, we have necessity to carry on the research of this realistic problem. Taking a comprehensive view of the research result about the language teaching of the senior high school in 1980, we discover that the research of the drama teaching concerning senior high school is not subjected to researcher's favor greatly in the all.Partly, compared with other literary styles because the research result is little,especially the research results combined the theories and the drama teachings with practices are less. The drama teaching chesen to talk , written byRen Jianxin,made an inclusive study of the general procedure of drama teaching and teaching method; Dialogue and collisions- the Dou e yuan and the drama teaching units ,by WU Pinan,pointed out all kinds of disadvantages in the previous drama teaching and put forward some reasonable suggestions; The beauty trend of drama literature teaching and teaching designs ,by Shen Hong ,discussed the new understanding of the drama teaching, from the angle of the important point, the teaching mode. But in the process of current reform on new course, the educators still needs to study the actual problemduring the drama teaching ( such as the purpose, mission, the method...etc. under new situation) to employ its functions in the language teaching. In order to complete to study the mission smoothly, this thesis that is the basis characteristics of the drama teaching and actual circumstance adoption will follow the study methods:(l)Investigating the analytical method;(2)An analysis of case method;(3)Experiment the method;(4)Compare the method;(5)Theories deductive method.According to investigate the research, we discover that there are many complicated reasons to make the language drama teaching of the senior high school to be overlookedbut mainly because of this realistic mechanism of enrolling examination. To solve the problem that the drama teaching is free from the value, that is, the problem is to deal with the contradiction between quality-oriented education and the exam systems. The educators and teachers have to carry out the new lesson mark, raise the student's comprehensive character and the language cultivated manners, and then comply with the test principle of enrolling examination .By doing so, we can let students get the power and chance to come across the life crossing of their own. The writer thinks the key to solve the difference lies in looking for some practical advice and effective drama teaching method.This topic will make a research of the drama teaching method of the senior high school under the guidance of the relevant drama and the language teaching theories and practices of the high school. The contents of the thesis include:First, we must investigate the drama teaching present condition of the senior high school. Investigating the circumstance of the drama teaching from the two aspects of student and teacher respectively, then we will analyze its reasons, and make an introspection of the current drama teaching. Second, we have to investigate the drama teaching method in the senior high school. The author mainly put forward the reading appreciative type of drama teaching method, which refers to the fact that the teacher teaches the students from the language, plots, character. Studying drama teaching method advocates that the study of drama includes the stages of preparing, implementing, extending of teaching activity; the drama teaching method of practical experience means that students attain the purpose of the study drama by watching, performing, evaluating, editing and writing, based on the dram. According to the above mentioned aspects, this paper mainly put forward the following several standpoints:(1)The language drama teaching of the senior high school plays an important role that can not be displaced by the other styles in the process of educating students of senior high school.;(2)The reason why the drama teaching is hard to go on is related to many factors ,but the most important one is the test system of enrolling exam;(3)If the drama teaching wants to get rid of the current"low valley", the reasonable teaching method would be a valid path to solve this problem.This thesis will make an attempt to study the new principle of the meaning, purpose, mission, characteristics of the drama guided by the new course on basis of the research direction of the drama teaching of the previous people . Based on it, the paper put forward three kinds of teaching methods to solvethe difference between the new lesson object request and the direction of enrolling exam in purpose of emphasiing the drama teaching. Bythe concrete teaching fulfillment, the writer thinks this thesis three kinds of drama teaching methods discussed in this esay is a valid path to solve the drama teaching recession. Thus, the writer thinks that the research of this theory has the following meanings:(1)Theoretically, in order to enrich the language drama teaching research result of the senior high school ,we will further find some new points of language teaching of the senior high school and the drama teaching of the senior high schools.(2)On the fulfillment, it is useful to resolve some realistic problem ,which were produced by education for all-round development and different mechanisms in tests and it is real to carry out the high drama teaching to be subjected to the value in teaching practice; It is also useful for the student to create active position, change the tradition study methods, increase to study the interest and raise to study efficiently and stir up creation, then it can real take measure of the new target of the course.
