On The Countermeasures Of Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education Town And Countryside In JiangYang District Of LuZhou

The balanced development is the intrinsic requirement of elementary education and socialism education takings, is a kind of view of educational development, a kind of the policy guideline, an important strategy conductive thoughts for the development of elementary education in our country in coming several periods.However, the unbalanced development of compulsory education in town and countryside take place in our country because of the affluence of duality economical system,. So, this research carries out on the base of analysis of the current situation of compulsory education in JiangYang district of LuZhou to find out the countermeasures to solve the unbalanced development. According to the information we collected, we found out that the rural school in JiangYang district is inferior to school in city in the aspects of teaching condition, teaching quality, teacher duality and financial revenue and expenditure and so on with the affection of natural condition, cultural conception and administrational policy of education and so on. To solve the problem that stop the education from developing harmoniously, the school in different develop ranks in our district should be engaged in the educational reform and development by different stages from the current stages which the school being with the help of policies of party and government to make the educational development goals, tasks adjust to the reality of the school and try its best to carry out the abnormal development way to shorten the time required by the traditional way. Meanwhile, we should appeal all the social organizations and individuals to bring about good anterior surroundings for the balanced development of compulsory education town and countryside in JiangYang district of LuZhou.
