Course resource is one of the essential factor to achieve course target. To use the current course resource effectively and to explore new course resource is an important method to deepen course reform and improve teaching efficiency. Based on above, this thesis is a practical research on explore and use of high school biology course resource.The thesis firstly introduces the concept of course resource, the classification of course resource, the effective methods of exploring and using of course resource, then makes a practical and effective research on explore and use of high school biology course resource. The practical research is done by the following two ways: First, assign the students creative homework. It can broaden the students'vision, cultivate their ability to explore and make them accumulate a lot of related knowledge by encouraging the students to do self-research on certain topic. It can also unconsciously cultivate the students'thirst for knowledge and encourage their initiatives for study and their exploration on their own. Second, make a practical research on effective combination of the information technology with biology course. The thesis makes a practical study on some of the chapters in the first book of high school biology course by designing PPT to display some of the complicated biology terms and processes to the students in very vivid and clear way. The Computer Aided Instruction provides good and effective study conditions for the students to understand the course book better and improve their study efficiency.The practical research indicates effective explore and use of high school biology course resource can have good effects on the teaching and learning of biology course. Most of the students think the creative assignments can cultivate their ability to study initiatively, explore on their own and discover new problems. The organic combination of information technology with biology course teaching has positive effects on improving teaching and learning of biology course and transforming the traditional teaching style. It can also provide some good references for the basic education course reform.The thesis finally gives some suggestions on explore and use of high school biology course resource. The author hopes his practical research can provide some good inspiration for all the high school biology teachers on explore and use of the course resource and some references on how to teach effectively for the aim of providing better teaching service to the students.
