Professional ethics can be difined as the moral concepts formed by the people in a certain vocation and the moral criteria they should observe. It is pointed out in the State Council's Resolution to Deepen the Education Reform and Completely Carry forward the Quality Education that "professional ethics education should be strengthened in the secondary vocational schools". As an important part of the secondary vocational education, professional ethics education is not only one of the important contents of the quality education, but also the final embodiment of the effectiveness of the ethics eduation in vocational schools and the basic measures to realize the ideology of " the Three Representitives". Hence, it is quite significant to enhance the profesional ethics education in the secondary vocational schools.In recent years, the profesional ethics education in the secondary vocational schools sticks to the principles of "serving the people heart and soul" and collectivism. It helps the students grasp the basic criteria of the professional ethics and plays a very positive role in cultivating the students into a new generation needed by our motherland. Meanwhile, facing the severe challenge of social transition period, the professional ethics educators have done much work through the active researches and obtained some achievements to some extent. However, many problems still exists to be solved, such as educational system and environment, educational concepts, teaching contents and method and the teaching staff construction as well.In this essay, starting with the connotations of the professional ethics education in the secondary vocational schools, the author tries to find the effictive ways to improve and strengthen the professional ethics education through the analysis of the present situation, the existing problems and the reasons of the relevant cases.The following conclusions can be reached: the enhancement of the professional ethics education strategies can be realized by the teaching experiment, the practising process, the vocational guidance as well as the business culture cases.
