The gradual advancement of kindergarten course reform is bringing unprecedented opportunity for kindergartens and teachers, also having put forward huge challenge for them. The needs which kindergarten course reform gravity under move and teacher professional development, make that people will pay more attention to kindergarten, to teaching practice. The appearance of kindergarten-based teaching research is satisfying the time need of teacher professional development, at the same time connecting educational theory and practice efficiently. This paper standing in the reality of kindergarten-based teaching research sums up and analyzes the characteristics and existent problems, on this foundation, operational ideas and suggestions are put forward on development of kindergarten-based teaching research.The thesis consists of four parts:Part one: It indicates that"teacher as researcher"is the inevitable requirement of being time for teachers; research for kindergarteners have the most important meaning. Kindergarten-based teaching research is the effective way that promotes kindergarten teachers to researchers.Part two: The paper combines the correlation theories with specifically practices of kindergarten-based teaching research ,explains the characteristics of kindergarten-based teaching research; kindergarten-based teaching research is the independently research of kindergarten, it advocates that teaching research is multi-dimensional and open and emphasizes the system construction of teaching research is standard and guaranteed.Part three: Analyses the present situation of kindergarten-based teaching research in practice, elaborates the problems of the existence in practice. Includes that teaching research breaks away from actual teaching, that kindergarten teachers is main position does not make clear ,the research quality of teachers is not insufficient, peer coaching and professional guidance are not insufficient.Part four: According to the problems, puts forward developing suggestions from perfects the management mechanism of kindergarten and promotes research community for kindergarten-based teaching research.
