Positive Psychology And The Innovation Of Mental Health Education

Positive psychology is the one of the latest development of psychology has arouse the great reaction all over the world. It explains the psychology at the new aspect by studying the positive energy of human being's and virtue, focusing on survival and development of human being's and advocating the positive trend of psychology study. At present, it is new trend to pack up all kinds of the elements of psychology study and then form the new mode of psychology education based on the theory of positive psychology, which will influence exploration of the application of positive psychology and improvement of psychology education.Under such background, the author cleaned up the trend of positive psychology development and summarized the outcome of the psychology theory, and then thinks that there are three trends: transition, infiltration and construction after studying how the positive psychology affects psychology education. At last, the author thinks that positive psychology should affect the mental health education at the aspect of innovation including the basis of theory, the thought of education and technology.Based on the thought of constructing mental health theory from innovative aspect, the author comes up with three Principle including positive , social and systemic and focuses on three goal including primary goal, intermediate goal, ultimate objective. What is more, the author put forwards new mental health education based on positive psychology education, positive measurement and positive interference. The study is expected to provide the theory and practice of positive education and the development of mental health education with valuable suggestion.
