The Influence Of Social Capital On Employment Of College Students

In China's current economic and social development process College Students employment problem is prominent social and economic issues that have aroused widespread attention from all sectors of society. Literature and the results of the study have a large number, in view of many front scholars conducted a detailed analysis on the employment problem from the social environment and human capital. In this paper, the author will use the theory of Social Capital to do a study on the employment impact factors of vocational college students. I think that the understanding of the impact of Social Capital on the employment of vocational college students, and how College and University graduates in job-seekers use their Social Capital (social capital operational strategy) have great theoretical and practical significance on solving college students employment problem.Documents used the major law, comparative law and research methods to study vocational college students' employment. Analyzing the main problems and characteristics of the vocational college students employment, investigating the use of social capital condition when College graduates apply for the job, analyzing the related factors on the impact of students of social capital, analyzing the operation of Social Capital strategy in College Graduates employment. This paper come to the following conclusions:(1) College students have a full understanding of the role of social capital in employment.(2) Social Capital utilization status for vocational college students in the process employment are not good.(3) Social Capital has many different levels of the role and influence on vocational college students appling for job.(4) the cultivation and the use of social capital operational strategy are different in the Vocational College Students'employment process.
