In 1999,China implemented the policy of expanding enrollment in colleges and universities,and higher education moved from elitism to popularization.Moreover,since 1997,the state has completely ended the unified distribution of college and university graduates.The employment of college graduates is completely dominated by the labor market and has changed from the original "national distribution" to "two-way selection" and "self-seeking".In this way,the severe employment situation provides maneuverability for the operation of social capital,which leads to the issue of employment equity of college students has become a hot issue in the society.From the perspective of social capital,an individual's class background plays a certain role in obtaining professional status.Since college students receive the same education,enjoy the same educational resources and have little difference in professional abilities,and a good job opportunity is so important to graduates that it can even change the course of their lives,the hierarchy is thus leapfrogging upwards,it is of great significance to study the impact of social capital factors on employment.At present,there have been a lot of relevant researches,but most of them pay attention to the employment situation of college graduates,and pay less attention to the employment of such "vulnerable groups" as poor students in vocational colleges,and pay more attention to the quantity and quality of employment.High vocational poor students have no absolute advantage in education,and lack of support of superior family resources,their employment problem is worth paying attention to.Based on this,this paper takes social capital as the starting point to study how it affects the employment quality of poor vocational college students,and combines the data obtained from the questionnaire to analyze it by combining theory with empirical analysis.The research idea of this paper is as follows: Firstly,the concept of social capital,employment quality and poverty students in higher vocational colleges are defined.Secondly,it constructs the research model of social capital and employment quality,puts forward the research hypothesis,and makes the questionnaire.Thirdly,this paper analyzes and processes the collected sample data,and grasps the relevant information of the sample higher vocational students,including basic personal information,employment quality information and social capital information.Among them,the employment quality mainly includes objective indicators and subjective satisfactionindicators.Social capital includes the amount of social capital and the amount of social capital.After the descriptive analysis,then empirically analyzed.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole paper and puts forward some Suggestions in order to improve the employment quality.
