All countries speed the progress of the internationalization of higher education in the new century. As the lack of human resources, the competing for talents is growing seriously, the developed countries make more efforts to attract the talents who are in the developing countries. The brain drain has become a problem that can not be overlooked, and have an important impact on national economic construction. The study of the system of brain drain is very important in theory and practice. So, this research explores and analyses the brain drain in the internationalization of higher education, and make some suggestions to control the brain drain and attract some talents back in our country.This research includes several sections as follows.Preface is about the source and significance of this subject, we also report the study method used in this research.In the first chapter, we review the literature of internationalization of higher education, including the definition and the overview of higher education in other country. The internationalization of higher education has impact on the distribution of human resources, so the brain drain in our country and other developing countries has some positive and negative impact.The second chapter analyses the reason of the brain drain in our country, there were three times of brain drain in the history, through reviewing the history, we analysis the attitude of the government. Next we focus on the status of the brain drain in our country, analyse the reason, features, and the impact. We highlight the significance of controlling the brain drain, and find some evidence to resolve this problem.Finally, we introduce how to resolve the problem of brain drain, first, we refer to methods of some representative developed and developing countries, then, we propose the methods which adapt to our conditions.
