The Problem Of Rural Community Construction

With the penetration of the rural construction in our country, various reforms stride forward towards a higher stage. Under such a circumstance, the rural community construction appeared. Compare to the city construction, the rural community construction will face more difficulties and various problems will appear during the construction.The domestic academic world always keeps a close eye on the rural community construction. However, compare to the city community construction, their attention is not nearly enough. On the one hand, the attention to the rural community construction is not as much as city community. At present, the community study mainly focuses on the city community. On another hand, we are lack of systematic and improved analysis about the problems which appeared during the rural community construction. Though we have collected some, they are some simple analyzing about some parts of the problems. This thesis is trying to make a systematic analyzing to the typical problems which appeared during the rural community construction, finding out the crux of the problems and putting forward a plan to solve them. The whole thesis including four parts:The first part redefined the rural community, discussed the features of it afresh and made a comparison about the features between the city community and rural community. Besides, this part also analyzed the necessity and conditions to construct rural community in our country. The second part divided the problems into three sections, including government, community and community residents. And there is also a detailed analyzing to the typical problems of each section. The third part explained the roles of government, community and community residents in rural community construction. It also made an overall description to the concrete requirements of government, community and community residents in the community construction. The last part provided the countermeasures and suggestion according to three aspects including changing minds and improving the behaviors of government in rural community construction, improving the internal construction of the community and enhancing the rural community construction fundamentally, improving the quality of rural residents and expanding the participation of residents to the rural community construction. Expect this thesis could use for reference in the practice of rural community construction in our country.
