For a long time, the curriculum policy of china takes the institution of national curriculum. That is to say, the priviledge which invents the curriculum and pushing it to the senior middle school is controlled by our government. But the imbalance development of different area of china, many defects of this policy are becoming obvious. It is necessary to give the priviledge to the local governments and schools. In the foreign, the school-based curriculum research has begun for a long time. To develop the curriculum of the characteristic of based reality of China becomes more and more important.With the development of society, the Chemistry Industry acts an important role in our life. It needs more and more the persons with ability of chemistry. Yet owing to the different circs of China, the teaching of chemistry is involving the center of test of entering higher school, the course designs singularity, and the teaching puts the focus on the construction of knowledge, which leads to depart from the life. The chemistry is founded on the base of experiment. But many senor school ignores the effect of experiment. The synthesis ability is low. In addition the teaching doesn't satisfy the need of the majority of students. More and more problem emerges.This paper includes six sections: the first and the second part will introduce the theory about developing of school-based curriculum and the main problems of our country. Then taking American Britain and Austrailian for example introduce the research about it in foreign. The following three parts will discuss the strategy about the chemistry school-based curriculum of senor chemistry of our country. The development strategy for chemistry school-based curriculum must insist these foundament: the main body, democracy and opening, Moreover incamating the characteristic of school; the content chosen should stick to Science, advance ,diveringness, starting and instruction. The chemistry school-based curriculum should grasps the actual life and chemical experiment, facing most students, making it benefit complementarity for country curriculum. There are advanced request to the teacher. The teacher should not only have abundant special knowledge but also have the ability exploiting curriculum and administrant about teaching. The last part mainly discussed evaluating mechanism. A suit of excellent evaluating mechanism should possess developing opening and diagnosing, in addition it must put emphases on more evaluating mechanism. the teacher should pay attention to thinking the course of teaching. Doing in this it can improve the ability of teacher and push the betterment for curriculum.
