The classroom management entered people's research field following the creation of the Class Instruction System. However, for many years the research on classroom management has not been valued until the 1960s, only then did it have the rise and gradually spread in the western countries. At present, although the classroom management has not become an independent subject in our country, the research on it is on a rising trend, thus, nowadays, to promote its rich theoretical and practical accumulation is the necessary preparations for the development of the research.First, in the process of practice, the classroom management should be an important part of our new curriculums reform; and now, the new curriculum reform has been ongoing for seven years, but the actual results of the classroom management are not so satisfying .According to the survey of the current middle school classroom teaching and the analysis of the questionnaire made by me, 1 found that there still exist some big problems in the actual middle school classroom management--it is still in a "wanted to change" difficult situation the difficult situation; the theory that is incompatible with the actual practice makes the middle school teachers in a difficult place, so how to make the middle school teachers effectively improve their classroom management capabilities and receive real effects will be the main part of the future classroom management study.Secondly, the present classroom management lays more emphasis on skills and experience of practical abilities than enriching the theory and its construction, the lack of theories as a guide leads to the classroom management in disorder, therefore, the classroom management Theory needs to be armed with its relative theories. But we can not blindly apply the theories, otherwise we just gild the lily and the theories never serve any purpose, hence we must make a analysis for the classroom management-the special thing. Through the study of the literature at home and abroad, I think that the classroom management is made up of the main body behaviors and the classroom environment management in class,, but the impact factors of the two are not just confined to the classroom, but also including some factors outside the classroom; these factors can be divided into two broad categories, namely people, the relationship between human and human, human and things. But the teachers as the classroom management must leaders, must cultivate the good relationship between teacher and student and the good relationship between students and students through their own subjective efforts, and make the best use of things through "the optimized design" to provide the optimum condition for the teaching, Such analysis happens to agreed with the theory "the harmonious management" of professor Xi Youming. Therefore, the theory of this research is based on "the harmonious management" "The harmonious management" theory came from the business management process, by analysing its applicability of the double regulations, many similarities can be sought between the classroom management and he business management, so the utilization of the theory "the harmonious management" can solve many actual problems appearing in the classroom management.In the thesis, first the thoughts on "the harmonious management" are essentially introduced ;also I analyze its feasibility in the middle school classroom management, then make a analysis of the factors affecting the classroom management, and according to the current development trend of middle school classroom management, propose the middle school classroom management "the harmony condition", and by comparing with the middle school classroom managements through investigation and the analysis conclusions, because discovers both the disparity and carries on turns over to analyze, then put forwards the practical strategies for the current middle school classroom management using "the harmonious management" ,to cause the middle school classroom management approach to harmonious state, so that we can enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
