Aerobics is an important ingredient of sports course in colleges and universities, which is very popular among the female students. Cooperative learning is one of studying ways that the reformation of new courses propose in our country, one teaching theory and tactics being rich in innovative ideas and actual effects. By the thorough research toward the cooperative-learning teaching pattern, this paper initially designs a teaching pattern of aerobics suitable for common colleges and universities, which can meet the requirement of the aerobics teaching, proving the cooperative learning teaching pattern theoretically in the feasibility and the superiority in applying aerobics teaching. Through the teaching experiment it is found that the applicability of cooperative -learning teaching pattern to the aerobics teaching is more advantageous to improving students'comprehensive diathesis, techniques and skills, which facilitates greatly the study interest in aerobics. The findings show that:1. The construction theories of the aerobics cooperative -learning teaching pattern are based on the teaching thoughts, group power theory, the selection theory, the teaching academic theory, motive theory, social cohesiveness theory, development theory, cognitive exquisite theory and touching theory.2. The aerobics cooperative -learning teaching pattern sets up the teaching objectives focused on knowledge objectives, capability objectives, and the moral objectives. Its teaching should follow the cooperative communicative principle, subject principle, feedback principle and creative principle.3. In the aerobics teaching the environment of the cooperative -learning teaching includes physical one and the sociopsychological one. The cooperative learning could alleviate the scarcity in the aerobics teaching environment effectively, construct the good classroom atmosphere, and finish the teaching task better.4. The teaching procedure of the aerobics cooperative -learning teaching pattern operates by combining the characteristics of the aerobics teaching. The findings show that it is obviously superior to traditional teaching patterns.5. The aerobics cooperative learning pattern has a great impact on students'comprehensive diathesis, especially improving clearly the creative ability, competitive consciousness and cooperation consciousness, team spirits and relationship of teachers and students.6. The aerobics cooperative-learning teaching pattern has certain effect on the body diathesis and special techniques, which can raise special skills such as the students'velocity, endurance capacity and powers and motion cooperativeness, etc.7. The aerobics cooperative learning pattern can train the students'interest in the aerobics, fully transfer students'activity of the study, and improve the students'interpersonal ability.8. It is recommended that the aerobics cooperative-learning teaching pattern be spread into the aerobics lesson in colleges and universities, and , according to actual situations of each school, be used flexibly to make the aerobics teaching reach a better teaching effect.
