The six aspects of teaching aim, teaching content, students, teachers, teaching course and teaching evaluation are the most important factors to affect effective teaching.Teaching aim is mostly to enactment objective. The obsective should be material and fathomable, and cognizance character combinative with experience character. The goal should be decompose to many small goals and from lowness to highness, and the goal should consider the social demand and knowledge system and student demand. Our must study the teaching outline and teaching material and student characteristics intensively. The goal with the feature of exact and accord with student receptivity can achieve the aim of impart knowledge and cultivate skill and edify sentiment and educate student roundly. The teaching aim in China is a three-dimensional aim: knowledge and skill, process and method, sensibilities attitude and importance conception.The choice of teaching content should consider society, student and knowledge, and accord with the established aim and keep up with epoch step. The content should both reflect the pullulation process and the basic activity of mankind. Core curriculum should be advocated, which the core content for each grade students is determined according to the basic activity of mankind. The main element of knowledge should be repeated constantly and the knowledge should ascende spirallingly, and the difficulty of content should increase continually. The teaching content should accord with logistic organization and mental characteristics. The teaching content includes knowledge, skill and emotion, and the skill includes the action skill and study method skill.The general psychological process of study is pointed out by Gagne in his theory of information machining for study and memory. He thought that study is a series cognizant process, and he pointed out how to transfer teaching information to the long memory through the correspondence od teaching process and learning process. The teaching can be divided into eight phases by author according to Gamie's theory. We should understand the characteristic of learning and carry through teaching according the characteristics. Their learning can be promoted and make them love to study only by this way.Teachers should strengthen their professional accomplishment. It is very important that the teachers must grasp the teaching detail, knowledge, emphasis and difficulty, and hasten the mutual cooperation.Teaching process is a collective and dialogic and mutual process formed by teachers and students. The choice of teaching mode is according to the teaching content. Teaching mode includes the following types: impart and acceptance mode, self-study and self-study tutorship mode, leading and finding mode, action demonstration and imitation mode, scene and experience teaching mode.It is necessary to advance multi-criterion to evaluation teaching result. The evaluation criterion must possess of the characteristics of directional, scientific, external, holistic and operable. The evaluation criterion should consider the following aspects: the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation, the combination of self- evaluation and other- evaluation, the combination of process and results evaluation. Lastly, the evaluation must insist on people foremost, and give priority to instruction and prompting.Literature theory and questionnaire investigation method are employed in the paper. The influencing factors, such as teaching aim, teaching content, students, teachers, teaching process and teaching evaluation, to effective teaching are discussed across-the-board. The factors affect the effective teaching are complicated. The research need further study with the progress of the times.We should constitute appropriate teaching goal and tactic with the the feature of knowledge and skill and emotion as a whole. And also the tactic must come from life and satify the need of life. The tactics for teaching and learning should be established accoding to the characteristics of perceive. Teachers should select teaching method by the teaching aim, teaching content and the characterictics of students, and renovate the teaching method by evaluating the teaching effect. Multianalysis tactic should be adopted. It is difficult to analyze the influencing factors to effective teaching and learning, and the influencing factors are changing with the change of times. So, the analysis of influencing factors to the effective teaching and learning need further and continuous research.
