The career of teachers has always been there and it should be state-ran-ran status of contradictions, individual teacher has been in his/her career and it should be contingent ran in the efforts to find a balance point. Social awareness and ruling class teachers tend to shape the history of weight-bearing wise man, without seeking clearance to the saints and a model of self-sacrifice, prominent, and to enlarge the social value of the teaching profession, the value of tools and professional ethics requirements, the teachers profession upgrades to the ideal of "no-me" state, but the individual teacher is facing this diverse social values and social market economy-oriented reality, the modern value orientation has quietly formed. Like other professions, the teachers need to have the "I" state, during the professional development they can feel the value of their lives and taste happiness to pursue noble life by their career platform. So how to find a balance point between "no-me" and "I" contradictions and conflicts that not only can help the schools and communities achieve healthy, sustainable development by relying on the teachers who abide by their professional standards, but also can help each individual teacher achieves the freedom to develop his/her career with the help of the schools and communities? The author believes that this balance point is the career management.Career management is an important component of human resources management and it is also an effective way. Career management and human resources management have been based on such a basic concept: have the right to maximize the utilization of the staff's ability, at the same time they the enterprises have an obligation for each employee to create and provide growth opportunities, to guide and mobilize employees to enable them to achieve their career success by exploiting their own potential, and the successful employees will be financed enterprises development of the goals of sustainable development. Career management is a two-way interactive process in which both the enterprises and the staffs help and promote each other and develop together, by the time the enterprises help employees achieve career goals, at the same time the employees also work hard to achieve theirs goals under their own development, and the staff also help enterprises to achieve its development goals, the employees realized their career development goals by the guide and the help of the enterprises.Based on these considerations, this dissertation is trying to get a restricted view on the existing career management problems of secondary school teachers and the appropriate solutions and concrete management measures for these problems by the case study of schools Guigang City on the basis of investigation. The author tries to find a entry point in which the teachers career management theory can apply into the practice of the daily management of secondary school teachers, so that the secondary schools and the school teachers can achieve a harmonious win-win development by interdependence, mutual help and mutual promotion. This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction. This part explains the origin and purpose of the study, the current research situation of China and abroad, the purpose and significance of research and the research ideas and methods.The second part is the theoretical analysis. Based on the expounding the career management theory, the author gives a detailed analysis for the secondary school teachers that they calls for the development of career management ,this part provide a theoretical foundation for the teachers career management to use in the management of secondary school teachers.The third part is the case studies of Schools in Guigang City, this part analyzes the preparation and implementation for the study.The fourth part is the finding and the analysis. On the base of SPSS10.0 analysis software and a statistical analysis of survey results, this part points out the problems of secondary school teachers career management by an analysis of the results.The fifth part is the countermeasures. In front of the problems of the secondary school teachers in career management, the author raises the countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of the Government and the communities, the school organizations and the individual teachers.
