With the development of the voices of the world's women, holding the Fourth World Conference on Women further promotes the development of the cause of women of the world. In China, along with human rights awareness-raising and the process of promoting the popularization of higher education, female physical education teachers in universities play an important role. To be basis on《Constitution》,《Civil》,《Marriage Law》, and other laws and the enactment of relevant policies and regulations, making university female physical education teachers gradually upgrade the attention of the protected rights and interests. But the implementation is not optimistic, not continuity to the development of female physical education teachers' career in universities is not complete and scientific system. The female PE teachers' career plateau is a late start research , there is still a significant gap especially in the improvement of policies and regulations and enforcement, as well as vocational management, and other disciplines. A harmonious society requests for a harmonious development education, and the harmonious development of education depends on the great quality of teacher .For college physical education the new century is both an opportunity and a severe challenge ,so it is urgently required of female physical education teachers to move away from career plateau timely and to achieve the sustainable development of career.Female physical education teachers in universities are objects of the study .There are many research methods of literature research, survey studies, logic analysis, mathematical statistics. The breakthrough point is locking the career plateau phenomenon research on female physical education teachers, and the study is proposed that the female physical education career should be sustainable development. On the basis of the analysis of the relevant literature, it surveys the career development status from directors of some universities. Take Fujian female physical education teachers as the main investigation, and further investgate on career development status of female physical education teachers in Fujian universities, and in-depth analysis of its problems, and learn from career plateau's three-dimensional theory to explain female physical education teachers' career plateau. The paper uses various statistical methods, such as different demographic differences, job satisfaction (correlation research) to analyse the present situation and rule on career plateau of female physical education teachers in Fujian universities. The results show that:There are widespreadly different levels of career plateau phenomenon on female physical education teachers in Fujian universities. The hierarchical plateau is most serious,the centralizing plateau is the second, the content plateau is the third. Under the demography difference, there are many differences. The differences in college distribution and academic have little impact on career plateau of female physical education teachers;but the differences in age and teaching senority have a greater influence on the career plateau of female physical teachers.The paper puts sustainable development as a main line, takes women sociological theory, care ethics theory, career management theory and others as basis theories, and the research strategy from four levels ,such as the community, university, home, and personal. Female physical education teachers in universities breakthrough the career plateau, whose efforts should be made to achieve social justice, emphasis on policy support and improve relevant laws and regulations to provide female physical education teachers for the career development environment ,and enhance their own development to adapt to the new demands of school physical education in a harmonious society.
