Application Strategies Of Knowledge Management On Specialty Construction Of Tianjin Institute Of Urban Construction

With development of Knowledge Economy, application of Knowledge management has not been limited to enterprise organization in this new era of knowledge-economy, it has been spread to many fields with knowledge, include educational environment. The talents are trained by means of organizing and implementing the different specialties of different fields. With the more fiercer market competition, the requirements of enterprise to talents are more professional, but the evils in specialty construction of university are showed. The reformation of University in China becomes more pivotal, and the main points of new view and research are as follows:the application of Knowledge management in education; guide reformation of University with theory of Knowledge management.From checking the documents in recent years, the studies on Knowledge management in education environment are focus on Library and Information, education management and educational technology. However, the application of KM in university is still in the primary stage, correlation studies are focus on library construction, management of higher learning and management of Scientific research projects etc. It has not correlation documents and patterns about how to apply KM in specialty construction of university.Through analyzing, comparing, concluding and deducting to correlation documents, the theories about this research are formulated. On this basis, the situation of specialty construction of Tianjin institute of urban construction are expanded and the problems in specialty construction are analyzed from macroscopic and microscopic points of view. With the theories and methods of KM, This paper investigates the application strategies in specialty construction of Tianjin institute of urban construction from the ranks of teachers construction, building specialty knowledge base and self-control mechanism of specialty construction.
