Head teacher, the key force of carrying out the education policies, the organizers and the instructors of the class, the bridge to connect the school ,the parents and society plays a most important role in teacher group. Nowadays head teacher specialization has become more and more emphasized, and its development becomes a challenging. Study of head teacher specialization is a must to foster development of essential-qualities-oriented and help to cultivate our students in an all-round way.In terms of the problems existing in the head teachers'everyday work, here in this text study of ways and system to specialize head teacher will be done with the method of theory combined with practice.Four aspects will be covered in the essay:Firstly, general situation of the head teachers. In this part, General situation in which head teachers work is first dealt with, then, questionnaire is applied to help analyze the motivation and main cause of their work..Secondly, basical analysis of the theory on head teacher specialization. Concepts of specialization, teacher specialization and head teacher specialization are discussed. Then the main task of the middle school head teacher specialization is discussed here. And the topic on the ways of middle school head teacher specialization is brought forward at last.Thirdly, system of training how to specialize head teacher. Analyzing the basic theory of training how to specialize the monitor-teacher and its trend, the thesis first briefly states the training of how to specialize middle school head teacher. In addition, the model of the training, the principles and meanings of different models are studied here.Finally, the system of evaluating the specialization of middle school head teachers. The principles of evaluating the specialization of the middle school head teachers is put forward first. Then the shortcomings of the evaluation system and the meanings of evaluating the specialization of the middle school head teachers are analyzed, with practical examples of evaluation taken into consideration.
