Head teacher, the key force of carrying out the education policies, the organizers and the instructors of the class, the bridge to connect the school ,the parents and society plays a most important role in teacher group. Then the shortcomings of the evaluation system and the meanings of evaluating the specialization of the middle school head teachers are analyzed, with practical examples of evaluation taken into consideration.
