Recently, with the fiercely competition of the employment, how to improve employment quality of graduates has always been widely attended. This study concentrates on how and how much Career Decision Making Self-efficacy affects employment quality of undergraduates. It is based on the data and materials collected through questionnaire survey to 310 students of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It describes the present situation about Career Decision Making Self-efficacy and employment quality of undergraduates. Then it discusses the effect to the employment quality of undergraduates that comes from the attributes of the demographic variables and Career Decision Making Self-efficacy by the means of multiple regression analysis.The study is developed in supposing, describing the present condition, analyzing the influencing factors: Firstly, after reviews the theory correlating with undergraduates employment quality and career decision-making self-efficacy, it tries to analyses the effect to the employment quality of undergraduates that comes from Career Decision Making Self-efficacy. Secondly, it describes the present situation of Career Decision Making Self-efficacy including accurate self-appraisal, finding occupational information, goal-selecting, planning and problem solving, then it describes the employment quality of undergraduates including work place, work unit, work station, Salary welfare as well. Thirdly, it gives conclusions and finds that the employment quality of undergraduates is affected greatly by the attributes of the Career Decision Making Self-efficacy rather than by the demographic variables.Based on the conclusions, the study holds the opinion that it has an absence of the Career Decision Making Self-efficacy. And the employment quality of undergraduates is affected greatly by the attributes of the Career Decision Making Self-efficacy rather than by the demographic variables. Finally, some advice which is enhanced the Career Decision Making Self-efficacy are given according to the conclusions.
