Postmodernisms brought the ecological idea into curriculum research, which provides a fresh perspective for classroom teaching and teaching researches. Judging from ecological perspective, a classroom teaching is a micro ecological system. Under such system, a relationship of dynamic equilibrium is created among teachers, students and environment. The text hereinafter intends to appraise the history course teaching in middle schools with principals of both ecology and educational ecology, to research the performance, application and function of ecological principal in history course teaching, thus optimizing the ecological structures in classrooms, settling various problems of disequilibrium in history course teaching, setting up an ecological classroom in full of vitality for history course teaching and improving teaching level. Ecological classrooms for history course teaching are of the basic properties such as unity, openness, generative, environment, game and durability. Introspecting the traditional classrooms for history course, we throw light upon the necessity to set up ecological classrooms for history course and raise the following proposals in connection with our teaching experience: To update a relationship between teachers and students so as to create a harmony ecological environment; To tie a belt between history and realty so as to create a human ecological classroom; To diversify teaching modes so as to provide a social ecological environment for education; To accept various assessments on teaching so as to form a classroom with ecological equilibrium.
