The exploitation and utilization of PE curriculum resources has become a topic which attracts the researcher's attention.In current research about PE curriculum resources,there is little about content resources of PE curriculum,and by the exploitation research of district PE curriculum content,it can promote the exploitation of PE curriculum.This paper focuses on the research of the exploitation of PE curriculum in Tianjin,and aims to discuss the basic theory of the exploitation of PE curriculum content,which further enrich PE curriculum content exploitation and provide support for university curriculum reform.By using method of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logic induction,it introduces the definition of PE curriculum content resources,explores the basic theories of PE curriculum content exploitation,investigate the exploitation and utilization status of PE curriculum content in Tianjin,and analyzes the two subjects in curriculum exploitation in PE teaching,which are PE teachers and students.By the above-mentioned research,we can get the following conclusions:1 PE curriculum content resource means the elements which constitute PE curriculum content.The exploitation of PE curriculum content resource is the process in which the content resources of PE curriculum transforms to PE curriculum content.The PE teachers and students are the main body in the PE curriculum content exploitation of PE teaching.2 In Tianjin,the universities pay great attention to PE textbook exploitation,but the teachers don't regard the textbook as the core curriculum resource to explore and utilizes in PE teaching.In the practical course of PE,the content pays more attention to athletic programs,and the newly-brought program is only taught in some individual university and program.Also some folk sports are being attempted to get to class,and the PE theory course is relatively less,which can not satisfy the students' needs.3 University teachers in Tianjin show their support to the exploitation of curriculum content,but their understanding is inadequate and the competency to explore is not strange.The accumulation of knowledge resource,teaching thought and on-job learning enthusiasm is still to be improved.4 The students in Tianjin show great interest in PE,and they demand for more diversified and entertaining class.They have more paths to gain sport information,but their participation sense in the exploitation of PE curriculum content is not strong.5 The general clue and solution in exploiting PE curriculum content resources are:update PE teachers' ideological concept,gain the school leaders' attention and support,improve PE teachers' exploitation sense and capacity,and consider the students' demands.
