China's college graduates employment system has been a long process of development and made great achievements, but comparing with the United States and Japan, and other western developed countries, the employment rate of college graduates in China is still relatively slow, employment system is not perfect. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to improve our general employment of college graduating rate, systems analysis expounded China's current employment system and made a number of sound recommendations.The article started from the employment of college graduates about the history of the system, elaborated on China's system for the employment of college graduates and the development of the analysis, pointed out that China's system is the employment of college graduates with China's economic system reform and the social productive forces development and continuous development of sound, As China's market economic system established and perfected, the old distribution system has been difficult for graduates to the needs of social transformation. Through an analysis of the status system, the article on the second part of the employment of college graduates made it clear that the current norms co-ordinate the work of the employment of college graduates, "the employment of graduates of colleges and universities interim regulations," the deficiencies in the application and the limited nature of the employment work lack of a complete legal system and the security system; college guide the work of the lack of employment and other issues, the university stated the need for reform of the system of employment. At the same time, recommended the University establish a flexible and efficient employment of bodies and university student career planning system and standardize the management of the employment of graduates of the progressive realization of the employment of professional personnel management, professional, expertise.The productive forces decide the relations of production, economic base determines the superstructure, and the relations of production, as well as the superstructure will in turn affect the development of productive forces and the solid economic foundation.
