Study On Strategies Of Teachers' Teaching Technology Training

The 21 st century is an information-based society, information literacy has become an indispensable information age, students' information literacy in the overall quality has become increasingly important. It can be said that the students' information literacy is trained and upgraded to a large extent with their own educational technology teachers, or the improvement of information literacy a great relationship. Without information of the contingent of teachers, there is no education in information technology. However, there are still many gaps between the current school teachers in information literacy and the requirements of the current information society.The author works in teachers' institutes for training teachers in educational technology training and believes that the information literacy level is low and our present educational technology training of teachers is very inefficient relations. In 2008, author did a survey on the teachers who participated in educational technology training for teachers. In their daily work, research shows the application for educational technology and the attitude to the educational technology training for teachers. Only in this way can we find that there are many disadvantages and its cause in the current educational technology training for teachers.Author thinks that there are a variety of factors influencing the results of the teachers' educational technology training and the most important factor is the value orientation. Therefore, this thesis is based on the value orientation by analyzing it and the cause influencing it can be aware of. We put forward to the value and the attitude to the training value orientation in order to solve the problem. The author combined what she observed and what she thought, reading two types of the documents—the current educational technology training in our country and some home training method, strategy and theory, meanwhile, the author pointed out that in the region for technical training to teacher education to improve the teachers' training and comprehensive information literacy as a goal. We can guide the implementation of the teachers' education and technical training of these two specific methods by means of the policy of the technical training and the teachers' education to promote the efficiency of the training of the teachers in the education and put forward the local of the training of teachers in educational technology and some solutions to the strategies.
