With the development of science and technology and information era,humans has stepped into a learning society .At the same time lifelong learning and education has become an important educational philosophy. College students as future leaders of society who bear the heavy responsibility of building our motherland . So in order to adapt to the needs of life-long learning and learning society,we must actively explore an instructional model for college students'self-regulated learning which are based on information environment .In this way ,we can help students to update their learning conceptions ,to adapt the digital information environment of learning ,and to form good habits of self-regulated learning .In this study with the guidance of modern educational theories and learning theories and the instructional practice based on information environment ,we combine qualitative modeling with ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling) to construct college students'self-regulated learning model,and also take the model into practice.The main contents of the article are composed of five parts :The first part is introduction .In this part we introduced the background of the issue ,content,significance and methods to the study ,and also the research mind ,innovations,focus and difficulties .The second part is the concept definition .In this part we defined two core concepts involved in " self-regulated learning "and "instructional model" ,and also defined " information environment "as a qualification .The third part is the core of the whole essay .It described the process that how to construct an instructional model to suit for college students'self-regulated learning in information-based environment.The frame is orgernized according to YouLiang. Zha'book—"Education Modeling",which directed how to construct an instructional model in qualitative way .The fourth part is main about how to perfect the model in instructional practices.And finally the fifth part is the sum-up about the essay.
