Study On Employment Orientation Of Female Graduates In Local Colleges And Universities

In this thesis, female graduates in local colleges and universities are regarded as a research object, their employment orientation is studied by adopting principles of Educational Psychology, Educational Ethics and Educational Management, the methods of questionnaire survey and special discussions are selected. Taking Jishou University as an example, the current situations and characters of Employment Orientation of Female Graduates in local colleges and universities are studied. In the thesis, the forming process and affects are analyzed, some advise and countermeasures to form right employment orientation for female students in local colleges and universities are put forwards.The result of research shows the following: employment consciousness and confidence are keeping increasing, employment cognition and ideas are getting maturing, employment expectation tends to be reasonable, but self- appraisal is beyond the fact, the employment positioning and going is blind, the employment orientation is various but there is much contradiction. The influencing factors are mainly of social, Regional disparity, culture, school education and family, etc. In the thesis, a series of advice and suggestions are put forward to raise the comprehensive qualities of female students, to eliminate the negative factors and to set up an advantageous surrounding for female students to obtain employment.
