With the increasingly opening of the world's economy and the coming of the information age, Mankind are stepping into the globalization. Different countries and nationalities not only influence each other in economy but also learn from each other in culture and education. Emphasizing moral education is a trend to the development of each country's education. Many western and eatern countries are searching for the reform of the moral education to find a way suitable to the changeable era and the development of his own country. China and Singapore both locate in east Asia, belong to the Asia cultural circle, characterized by eastern culture, share the same roots of the culture and the moral value. Therefore, China and Singapore own the feasibility of comparision in school moral education. Comparing the differnces and similarities between China and Singapore's school education, We can obtain some useful suggestions to our country, on the basis of that, We can explore an new approach to the construction of our country's school moral education.Resorting to the theory and method of dialectical materialism, historical materialism, sticking to scientific, classical and objective principle, This thesis mainly focuses on the school's moral education of Singapore and China, and makes a deep analysis and comparision between China's and Singapore's school moral education in the following four aspects: goal, contents, curriculum and approch and channel of the school's moral education. Then, the thesis summarizes the similarities; analyzes the differences between China's school moral education and that of Singapore's. Finally, drawing on the successful experince of Singapore's school moral education, this thesis proposes some suggestions to China's shool moral education.
