An Investigation And Study On The Education Of Peasant Worker's Laboring Safeguarding Rights In The Xiao He District Of Guiyang City

"Peasant workers" mainly refers to the workers engaged in the Secondary Industry and the tertiary industry in the city at most time and even whole year,and whose households register in rural areas.Since reforming and opening,as China's industrialization and urbanization process accelerated,more and more rural laborers moved to urban enterprises in employment,they become special social groups which are known as the Migrant Workers of China's modernization,a new type of labor force. The number of migrant workers in China more than 200 million people,some of them take job in many cities,and some have lived in city,has become an important component of industrial workers.How to deal with the issue of migrant workers is a matter of long-term stability of the country,which also is an inevitable requirement for building a harmonious society in our country.This paper target the peasant workers groups in the Xiao he District of Guiyang City,a survey of theirs rights of working hours and working conditions and salary are violated to varying degrees,and they don not protect their right in legally for many reason.Therefore,we should wake up and improve the consciousness of labor safeguarding rights of peasant workers,provide a favorable environment for peasant workers in order to make them become a really modern citizen.This paper,through the Xiao he District to start a survey of peasant workers the way the rights and interests of peasant workers to the status quo,rights awareness and rights,such as ways and means to carry out investigation into the Xiao he District of peasant workers labor rights education and analysis of existing problems,and then from peasant workers the importance of education for labor rights,organizational system, education system,the protection mechanism to explore and consider,to seek suitable the Xiao he District of peasant workers rights education activities at the new development.Through the Xiao he District which is a National Economic and Technological Development Zone in China,China's other provinces and cities can help more peasant workers know their own relevant legal knowledge,aware of their violation in the face of what can be done to assist their own kind of way,who assist,and thus we can avoid the labor rights of peasant workers at road detours for a full range of building a socialist harmonious society must play a role.
