Professionalization Of The Status And Countemeasures About Primary And Secondary School PE Teachers In Beijing

Teacher education specialization is the world's common goal ,and it has became a common concern . The professionalization of physical education teachers is a important component of the current situation about the study of the professionalization of physical education teachers .At present, China's educational administration department also started the development of teacher professional development plan. And has Introduced "Beijing" Eleventh Five-Year "period, the development of education planning" ,the basic principle is Talents Education about terchers, and effectively strengthen the building of the ranks of teachers ; improve the overall quality of management team. As the capital ,Beijing has a political and cultural environment, more PE teachers has realized the advantages of specialization. Based on this, this article will research the status of professional development of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Beijing .And I attempt to make some proposals of PE teacher professional development about primary and secondary school in Beijing . This study uses the literature research, questionnaire survey and other methods, and combined with relevant policies and regulations, from the Sociology and Education of professional development at all stages of development of the professionalization of PE teachers , and conduct a study of its influencing factors. Taking a panoramic view of the full text, ,the conclusions are follows:Firstly, there is a big gap between professionalism of physical education teacher in Beijing and the standard of the teacher professionalism in China. Physical education in China just pay attention to professional knowledge and sports skill rather than attitude of teaching, value of major, professional ethics and so on.Secondly, the education of P.E. teachers in Beijing could not satisfy the need of professionalism of physical education teacher.,...
