With the interaction of the teachers and students the metabolic and developmental teacher-student relationship is formed .The teacher-student relationship is very important in education. It is a permanent focus for research into education. Researchers have ceaselessly researched and discussed it from different angles, but they didn't grasp the essence of the teacher-student relationship. The teacher-student relationship was mastered and its essence was shielded by traditional theory. The crisis in theory and practice has occurred. A series of questions are raised due to the present situation of the teacher-student relationship. What is the essence of the teacher-student relationship? What is the inner factor of influencing the teacher-student relationship? Which perspective is right from that we can understand the true meaning of the teacher-student relationship and solve the riddle of the development of the teacher-student relationship?Human beings are cultural lives. To understand human beings must firstly understand culture. When we understand culture, we will have a fully comprehension of human beings.
