Since the reform and opening up, civilian-run colleges and universities in China have become an important part of China's higher education. But the dilemma, which the teaching staff of the civilian-run colleges and universities is confronted with, has become the bottleneck to hinder civilian-run colleges and universities from healthier and more orderly development.
